Veganism has been proven over and over again to help humans but I would feel a lot better if everyone stopped running all over the place to prove so and instead started trying to demolish the already strong anthropocentric notion that something has to benefit humans to hold any merit because saying “veganism helps humans too” does nothing but reinforce this belief and takes focus away from what veganism is truly about: Non human animals and their oppression.
